Art Competitions, Camps and Exhibitions

On the occasion of Kalidasa Festival, Kalidasa Akademi conducts an all India Competition on traditional and folk paintings and sculpture based on the works of Kalidasa.

Akademi organizes Varangana Shivir(Artist Camp) inviting the senior artists of the nation. These camps are inspired by the works of Kalidasa and Ujjain. Few of these exhibits are exhibited in Abhijnanasakuntalam Kalavithika for visitors through out the year.
